The newly installed structures, towering between 30 and 72 metres, are self-supporting greenfield masts, purpose-built to support local telecom operators. While this marks a smaller deployment compared to the 15 towers introduced in August 2023, the company's ongoing expansion signals its steady commitment to improving connectivity across Latin America.

As of August 2024, Tower One boasts 585 active sites in the region, up from 441 just a year earlier. Its infrastructure now hosts 636 tenants, reflecting its vital role in supporting regional telecommunications networks.

Colombia continues to serve as the company’s cornerstone in Latin America, where it plays a key role in providing critical telecom infrastructure. Beyond Colombia, Tower One has also established strong operations in Ecuador and Mexico, demonstrating its regional ambitions to close connectivity gaps and meet rising demand.

In other countries like Peru, Internet Para Todos (IPT) has been also been working in boosting connectivity, with a commitment to connecting millions of rural Peruvians and transforming towns into smart cities Connecting Rural Communities: How IPT is Transforming Peru's Digital Landscape TowerXchange

This latest rollout comes at a time when rural areas increasingly rely on improved telecommunications for access to services, education, and economic opportunities. By focusing on areas often overlooked by larger providers, Tower One positions itself as a champion of digital inclusion.

With a vision rooted in delivering reliable infrastructure where it is needed most, Tower One Wireless is not only strengthening its foothold in Colombia but also contributing to the region's broader technological progress. The company’s investment in rural connectivity underlines its mission to link communities and foster growth in Latin America's evolving digital landscape.
