TowerXchange: How long have you been the CEO of your tower company and what are some of your biggest challenges and proudest achievements to date?
Maria Scotti, CEO, Torrecom: Eleven years: I am one of the original managing partners and co-founders of Torrecom which launched in 2010. I took over as CEO in 2012. The biggest challenge was entering the Latin American market and coming with an American towerco mentality; the building, permitting and documentation know-how. I’ve been in the industry for 31 years now, well before towercos were recognised even in the United States.
