TowerXchange: Can you please tell us about the career that led you to leading one of the world’s leading towercos and some of your biggest challenges and proudest achievements to date?

I co-founded IHS Towers in Nigeria almost 22 years ago as a young engineer full of ambition. In 2001, Nigeria had a population of approximately 125 million people and its government was just privatising the telecommunications sector. Today, the country has around 220 million people, so it has added almost 100 million people since we founded the company!
