On International Women’s Day 2022, TowerXchange had the honour of speaking to 28 female towerco employees from diverse functions and geographies to understand their career journeys, their passion for their roles and their views on what more needs to be done to break the gender bias in the tower industry.
Whilst the industry may still be male dominated, particularly at the senior management level, there is a growing pool of talented, ambitious women who are driving real progress and change in the sector. Women who are becoming an inspiration and role models for the next generation embarking upon their careers. Today we celebrate them.
