We have been closely monitoring the situation of Covid-19 its impact on global travel plans and the likely attendance at the TowerXchange Meetup Europe, which had been due to commence on May 19-20 in Barcelona, and the TowerXchange Meetup Americas, which had been due to take place on June 23-24 in Boca Raton.
After consultation with our partners and sponsors, we have taken the decision to postpone both events to later in the year – we will announce new dates soon.
The ESCO Roundtable, previously scheduled to take place on March 24 and 25 in Casablanca, has also been postponed and will now be co-located with the TowerXchange Meetup Africa on October 13 and 14 in Johannesburg.
The TowerXchange Meetup Asia remains scheduled for 8-9 December in Singapore.
Next year’s TowerXchange Meetup MENA remains scheduled for 26-27 January in Dubai.
In this period of unprecedented volatility we are aware of the increasing concerns related to travel safety and the restrictions on corporate travel by many companies around the world.
We have not taken this decision lightly but the wellbeing of our customers, partners and team is of paramount importance, and we appreciate the trust they have placed in us in supporting the event.
We have concluded that in order to execute an event that best serves your needs in connecting the key players in the telecom tower industry, it would be better to postpone to a later date.
